HAOYU International (HK) Ltd is a third party inspection company based in Hong Kong since 2012, specialized in inspection for consumer products. What is a Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI)?

A PSI is a systematic inspection of units selected at random from all batches of your order, conducted when your production is at   80% -100% complete. This is your final opportunity to take corrective action before your production is finished and packed; making it an effective tool to safeguard your product against costly import risks.

For all inspections, HAOYU uses the standard internationally recognized ANSI/ASQC Z1.4 (ISO 2859-1) statistical sampling procedure. These comprehensive criteria cover: functionality, performance, durability, overall appearance, and dimension. Inspection certificates are issued if stipulated in the letter of credit.


Inspectors will check goods base ob your quality requirements or the standards of your destination market. This comprehensive inspection covers such criteria as product functionality, performance, durability, overall appearance, and dimensions.

Production Monitoring means an on-site Product Inspection performed every day of your production. An inspector stay in   your factory, enforcing your specifications, selecting units at random for inspection and identifying and eliminating defects. You receive daily reports regarding quality and completion status, putting you in control of the entire process.

What is a During Production Check (DUPRO)?

A DPI is an on-site Product Inspection performed when 20-80% of your production is ready. randomly selected units from all completed batches   informs you whether or not your factory is continuing to follow your original specifications, and if your production is still on schedule.

IPC is an on-site Product Inspection performed before your production begins, up until 20% has been completed ,That is the first step in ensuring the quality of your product will be consistent throughout production. An IPC is an early-warning system that safeguards your product against costly import risks .

What is a Container Loading Check (CLC)?

During a Container Loading Check,   inspector will select boxes at random to confirm each carton bears the quantity of product ordered, the quality matches the specifications and/or approved sample provided by you, and that all packaging material contains the correct barcodes, labeling, and packing materials. The entire container loading process is strictly supervised; ensuring all product paid for makes it on the truck.
